I have built and maintained enterprise applications, delivered reusable banking APIs, led insurance technology teams, improved public-service application journeys, and supported the infrastructure behind them.

IT risk, audit & governance

Audit & risk remediation
- Worked on EY, Deloitte, NAICOM, and internal IT audits at NSIA, supporting evidence requests, control reviews, observations, and follow-up actions.
- Participated in IT audit activities at LSETF, including technical evidence and findings follow-up.
- Supported closure of IT risk findings and vulnerability / VAPT observations with IT and security stakeholders.
- Contributed to access-control improvements, exited-staff access removal, and account-deactivation SOPs.
Governance, privacy & resilience
- Served as Data Protection Officer at LSETF alongside my enterprise engineering role.
- Supported privacy controls, data-protection compliance, and responsible handling of sensitive information.
- Participated in NSIA disaster recovery exercises and cross-functional continuity-readiness activities.
- Contributed to IT control documentation, policy and SOP adherence, change management, vendor/service-risk processes, and incident resolution.
